The controller of personal data is Małgorzata Bielińska, who runs the website

Contact form
If you write through the form, I process your name, e-mail address and the
content of your message — solely in order to reply. The legal basis is your
consent and my legitimate interest in conducting correspondence
(Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Message content is not stored in the website database — it goes straight to
my mailbox. I keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the matter, and
then for up to three years in case of questions about a work sold.
Spam protection
To limit automated spam I record how many messages were sent from a given IP
address. The address itself is not stored in readable form — only an
irreversible hash from which the address cannot be recovered. These records are
deleted after 24 hours.
Cookies
The site uses only cookies necessary for it to work, including a session cookie
while you fill in the form. These do not require consent.
If visit statistics are enabled, additional cookies are stored only after you
give consent in the banner. Until then analytics tools run with consent denied
(Google Consent Mode) and store no identifiers. You can change your decision at
any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings.
Fonts and external files
Typefaces are hosted on this server. No external font servers are called, so
your IP address is not passed to any third party when the page loads.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict or port it,
and to object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time. For
these matters write to kontakt@bielinskaart.pl.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with
the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
